1. Did not accept phone call when I was going to request for early check in ( at noon) . Not getting any response, I decided to land at 2 pm as per reported check in time. They made me wait for close to an hour - saying “ 10 min” . Never apologized or offer welcome drink for the period. 2. Their third party vendor had charged 800 Rs as convenience fee for booking which was not shown in the receipt. I raised the issue at the time of check in and the counter person assured that it would be given at the time of check out. I reminded them the day before. At the time of check out when I was in a rush to catch the flight, they talked all kind of rubbish excuses… finally they said the third party vendor would revert back with proper acceptable resolution, which never happened. 3. The tv connection was loose and it was turning off by itself in couple of minutes. After reporting at 6 pm when they said that they are sending the repair person immediately - the person came more than hour later - could not fix till 10 pm — eventually replaced it with a substandard small tv ( I had booked a suite). Reported the matter the next day, but they did not address the problem within the next 4 days I stayed. 4. Overall very poor response especially from the front desk and manager . Even breakfast with cp was barely ok - not nearly up to the mark for this kind of hotel
